Foreign country dropping paratroopers and landing on beaches isn’t likely. Unless it comes after we are weakened by civil war. Civil war is closer now than many care to ponder.

Other than our power grid, communications and transportation infrastructure being hit - NO. Because if 1 or all 3 of those were disabled we would either destroy ourselves or capitulate in a matter of days.

That being said, next war will be a guerilla style civil war that may explode into a full blown civil war. I don't think anyone realizes how messy it would get if someone is idiotic enough to take out a supreme Court justice only for Biden to replace them.

Depends. Do we ever again dare to elect a president that isn’t on the pre approved list? Pretty sure there could be a war to protect democracy if that were to happen again.
