Do you blatantly litter?

I'm not the kind of person who is affected by actions of others if it has nothing to do with me, but this morning this older broad was at a red light and decided to toss her Sunday paper out the window section by section. I really wanted to walk over and choke that trifling bih. Where's the cops when you need 'em.

Litterbugs are huge douchebags. I hate litter.
My parish has a litter problem. People who dump and litter should get hit with large fines.

I don't litter and get very annoyed by people who do. I get particularly annoyed when I see outdoorsmen types tossing their fricking trash out the window.

Never, and I'm constantly picking up trash I see on the ground. I live in an area on the fringe of town with wide open spaces and no street lights so it's a destination for HS kids to drink at night. Every Saturday morning while walking my dog I carry a trashbag with me and fill it with empty fast food bags and beer cans/bottles. It's a beautiful, upscale area with all custom homes and the trash those shitstains leave behind drives me nuts.

It's only going to get worse as the car manufacturers have delivered a record number of cars during the 2015/2016 year. Every piece of human excrement was able to finance something or other. When 2 buck gas goes away it might get better but for now get used to the dregs of society driving around throwing diet soda cans and flicking cigarette ash out the windows.
