I hate seeing people just tossing shite out of their window.. Its just like "are you that fricking lazy, you can't just wait until you get home?". Who wants to have trash all around. It might not sound like a big deal, but if it is something that would be acceptable then it would be even trashier than it already is... There are some points in Louisiana (and every state), that is just fricking nasty.

On HBO's Treme, the LaDonna character is drinking a big gulp type drink and just throws it down in the street.
The Times Pic recap the next day noted all the NOLA references to food, restaurants, music, etc. It included, "LaDonna litters, a chronic problem in New Orleans."
That's sad.

Only in Walmart parking lot. They have that vacuum truck that cleans it every night so I empty all the trash out of my car when I'm there.

People who throw their cigarettes out the window kinda piss me off. think about how many filters those a holes throw out of their cars a week/month/year. adds up
