Sounds like she's the problem...she needs to lower her standards. Beggars can't be choosers later in life.

You’re starting to see way more woman speak out against what feminism has pushed on them.

This was a pretty strong song about exactly what you’re talking about.

She is one of tens of millions of women who have fallen for the lie of modern feminism. I honestly pity her. She will almost certainly die childless and alone. That’s a fate no one should face. But she made her choices and now she’s having to face the consequences of said choices.

Thats crazy because there is a family member on my wife's side who is in his mid-50s and has recently developed severe anxiety and frustration about his state of affairs. He sidelined family life for decades to focus on building his business and accumulating wealth. He has recently expressed a desire to find someone, maybe remarry, enjoy his money with a partner, etc. However, his prospects turn out to be full of women who are only interested in what he has, not who he is. He's very upfront that he wants someone who genuinely cares about him, not his bank account, but most of the women in his age range and above his perceived "status" who show interest seem to disappear the moment money isn't flowing freely — expensive dinners, trips, gifts — and reappear when it is. He's also bewildered that the women who do seem to want to know him as a person, not his portfolio, tend to be a lot less interested in the penthouse and the cars than the ones chasing him. One woman he was seeing turned out to be maintaining two other "arrangements" with older men at the same time, and he was completely blindsided.

A tip of the hat for the effort that went into your post.

As she and her husband were discussing their financial condition, Michelle told Boudreaux, see this beautiful home....were it not for my money, we wouldn't have this.

Boudreaux nodded.

Michelle said, "If not for my money, there wouldn't be that Mercedes, that F-250, and Harley in the garage."

"Yup", Boudreaux agreed.

Michelle was on the computer, finalizing a trip to Europe and remarked, "We wouldn't be going to Switzerland and Italy this winter if not for my money!"

After a long pause, Boudreaux piped up and said, "If not for all your money, I wouldn't be here either."

I've noticed many women don't handle workplace stress as well as men do. They don't compartmentalize as well. They usually end up taking out their frustrations on their husband and the husband is supposed to think that's cool because "she feels comfortable around him" or some jazz like that. I've dated women with high stress careers before and quickly moved on. It's not that I found them working distasteful or improper, it's that they couldn't compartmentalize the stress and leave work drama at work.

Have you been a fly on my wall? Now my situation is a little more involved because we work for the same organization, yet I don't have the authority to make changes in the area my wife works in, but I'm getting tired of the same conversation 8 days a week out of her. At some point you have to accept it is what it is at the moment and try to have a home life as well. I'm doing all I can to speed things along at work, but having almost the exact same airing of grievances that hasn't changed one iota from yesterday isn't productive to me. And I get called out for not caring. It isn't that I don't care, it is that we just moved our oldest off to college and have our two younger ones starting the school year, taking care of the house, managing my own job etc that I have little energy left to rehash the status quo.

No good looking woman of any age who likes sex will ever have to worry about the shallow pool of men, especially one with her own money.

I am not so sure about that. My wife has a work friend who is in her mid 40s (I think 44), very attractive, incredibly fit, I guess makes $800-900k a year and has a gorgeous 7k ft home. She has been divorced 4 years and seems to be having trouble finding a long-term relationship. She dates age-appropriate guys who seem like a good fit. I don't know if it is her or them. Her two potential negatives are that she has a 9 and 11 year old and she is a ball of energy. No matter what time of day I see her and no matter what the circumstance, she comes across like someone who chugged 3 energy drinks and they all kicked in 2 seconds ago.

From what I know of her is she can't get a new mate the vast majority of women are fricked.

Now the feminist movement has kicked real women to the curb in favor of chicks with dicks.

Maybe I’m old fashioned, but such things are a red flag to me. Not necessarily that she has them but that she cares about them much.

She’s probably got 3-4 Chads laying pipe in that oversized house and women love a good “woe is me” to gain sympathy.

She may be crazy and annoying, but there’s a market for any good looking woman. lol

Problem with her situation is that women have a tough time marrying down in class and men often have a difficult time marrying up. That upper class pool is actually very shallow and I’m sure it takes time. But we know several couples that split around 40 when the kids didn’t need them, and they’ve all landed quality new partners relatively quickly.

Men are more likely to leave their female partners if they become ill

Women are more likely to leave their male partners if they lose their jobs

She needs to focus on Subarus.

she should probably realize that she cant do all this at the same time. See Caroline Leavitt.

Most men don't want a career obsessed wife. That tends to lead to problems. I know, I married one. Love the working wife with a nice salary who is also independent. But I've had to rein in the "bitch boss" mode more than once. It aint easy.

They don't compartmentalize at all. My wife asked one time why it doesn't all overwhelm me. I told it's because though I worry it about it all, I don't worry about it all at once. Women are spaghetti, men are waffles.

I'm kind of bewildered about this too.

Obv not a deciding factor if I like someone, but it definitely does not hurt.

for real. A nice income is always a bonus. OP is off about caring about careers. Someone working at walmart isn't going to be as financially attractive as someone working at a hospital.
