Agreed, but most don't care, lol. But decent women drive themselves crazy trying to attain a look, seemingly not understanding how simple it might be

Time you travel outside US and see the whole world. Americans are fatties. Your “normal” is narrow.
250 years of heavy bad calorie consumption and nil movement, with side order of “we all look this way” echo chamber and GLP-1 for dessert.
Ain’t normal at all.

I've lived in 4 countries.
I'm not defending fat or not fat....its a conversation of what a woman realizes or not...basically lipstick on a pig approach

It's their truth that they are beautiful.
Stop being a toxic masculine woman hater.
(This is sarcasm if you couldn't tell).

Then you might qualify “normal”.
I have never been on a site with so many “lived in 4 countries” posters. Most are really counties, and under 3.
Shallowness is usually inversely related to worldliness.

All women are fat in their mind.
Just don't go clothes shopping and avoid that land mine.

I spent the entire day downtown Monterey at the 4th parade and over at city hall for live music. And other than the occasional short round Guatemalan woman, 90% are not fat slobs.
The more a region is Economically depressed and culturally enriched, the higher percentage of frumpy women

The white middle age woman is my focus here.
There was a thread in this very same forum about Torrie Wilson.
She just turned 50 and shared a picture of herself in an American flag bikini.
She is very toned. No fat on her at all. And some people ripped her for being too muscular, or made comments like "she needs to eat a cheeseburger."

I don't see that at all. But honestly, it's THAT easy. She keeps he body fat down, period. Simply thru a chain of decisions each day.
Of course she's blessed with a certain body type, and all are different. She obviously worked on it through her profession.
But the lack of fat doesn't mean she doesn't eat. When you eat correctly, it can be a struggle to eat enough to keep pounds ON.
Most men are weak and can't absorb a healthy woman...so they settle (mostly cause they are fat too, lol)

One of my X's posted a bunch of pictures of her family vacation to Florida, every picture of her, she was standing behind someone or neck deep in the water.

Kinda my point, except she seems to be aware. Yet she will spend thousands on clothes, hair, makeup etc etc etc.....instead of simply changing a few bad habits and becoming what she probably struggles to achieve thru smoke and mirrors

That is fat. She needs/needed to lose weight

Everyone who works out with weights knows this.
But some idiots would prefer to see her with a belly roll / spare tire.

I know I’m chunky. So what?
1. Stop eating processed foods. Eat only real foods instead.
2. Exercise frequently
If nothing else you will feel better and have more quality time with your loved ones.

I’m making these changes.
I’m four weeks in to nearly daily long walks, chasing protein and water, and have lost all desire for crappy filler food.
I’ve dropped about 6lbs so far, feel my muscles building back up and am sleeping so much better.
I’m only mad that I didn’t start sooner. Chonky and fatigued are no way to go through life!
