Do most normal women know they are fat?

I see July 4th celebrations on TV, etc
All I see is overweight ladies, some slightly, and some worse. To each their own
Question is, do they think they look great, or do they realize they are 20lbs over, and everyone else sees it?
The white middle age woman is my focus here. They try to dress sexy or look "good" but seem not to be aware they arent sexy in figure. Nails, hair, and makeup don't hide your lack of self control

Putting this in perspective.
A friend told us recently that she had lost 80 lbs. on Ozempic.
I would be 125 lbs. and my wife would be 50lbs.
