I know exactly what you mean and it's hard to answer what their mindset is. The main thing I'd look at is, if you look around in large crowds of people, men with nice frames outnumber females with nice frames by about 10 to 1 in the south. Females know this at least subconsciously and know many of these men like the "thick" look you're describing. Or, were thin when they met their man and let themselves go and the man doesn't care. Their doctors and friends and family also are telling them this looks good and healthy. Any middle aged woman you see now that looks good in a bikini either works out all the time, or has great genetics/ metabolism or doesn't eat much or all the above. Also all the fast food junk deals they see on tv and social media takes a toll. Spend a few hours with just about any female you just met and you're gonna stop for needless junk shacks or sugar drinks at some point even if they're thin.

All women carry weight differently...some can be tall and skinny and cute, some can be short and pudgy and cute, and every combo in between. It really depends on each individual woman and whether it works for their look.

It's always bothered me that there is so much stigma associated with drug use or alcohol, but morbid obesity is acceptable.

Sadly, even the college girls fit this description.

It depends where they carry it. Any woman 28-40 that’s had kids is going to have fat on their body. Women’s’ bodies that age store more fat for child bearing. Any woman in that age range should have a little softness to their arms and thighs.
I would say it’s abnormal for a middle- aged woman to be a twig with a six pack and biceps. That’s unattractive in my opinion.
Having a proportional body, slightly thick but not obese, is the sweet spot.

My topic was kinda geared to the effort they try to look good, or look a certain way. When therr biggest issue is the extra weight that holds them from achieving what they wish. Lots of clothing, esthetics, makeup etc...all in solid efforts to make men see them a certain way. Not realizing that taking care of yourself can be as sexy as anything else you try
