She stole JBE's thunder.

She’s got a mental illness, I have no doubt.

I’m sure there is very little love lost between JBE and Destroya.

Oh, she'll fight it. I wouldn't be surprised if she had the cops out randomly stopping people again.
I am not saying she won't fight it

I am saying it is useless as far as the intended consequence of a stay at home order

The fight would be merely superficial

I know, but still.

The fact that she quickly scheduled a press conference right before the governor's and then made his big announcement for him Louisiana politics at its finest.

I’m hoping Metairie businesses and local politicians put up signs welcoming New Orleans peeps just to kiss the idiot off anymore

JBE needs to announcer his phase one openings and make it so his directives superseded any city or parish directives. The Texas governor did that.

Am I understanding this correctly that NOLA has met all of the criteria for almost 30 days? Everything that gets mentioned as a benchmark to open they then say has been met for weeks and isn't an issue.

This woman has NOLA on welfare. The entire city as a whole of NOLA is on welfare.

Once JP opens it is essentially usueless for Orleans to fight it

This is that part that makes me shake my head. New Orleans has less cases than Jefferson Parish. Yet, New Orleans is going to be more restrictive. It just doesn't make any sense.

The Ghana coffin dancers actually probably would fit in pretty well in New Orleans.

The fact that NOLA has easily met all benchmarks just solidifies this was all Latoya trying to play the powerfull leader.
