Then I pray you never have a jury trial with someone like you on the jury.

then you should have said something during the jury selection that would have given you the boot so not to taint the decision.

I think most know it'll be a murder conviction, they just think it's tainted

I think everyone is in agreement at this point that it is a conviction, only thing up for debate is of what charge.

i think if you came out and publicly said the N-word during voire dire you'd be better off than being a juror who refused to convict

How so? By the majority predicting conviction?

Ehhh, there’s lots of room for appeals here. Plus I think most understand where the jury is coming from and they’re rightfully scared. I doubt it will be near the meltdown when Trump lost.

I’m hearing some internal rumblings that a verdict is expected to be reached before the afternoon is over. Take it for what it’s worth but my source is usually accurate

Nah, Soros isn't paying for that stuff anymore since Trump is no longer president.

But there's no reason which would prevent the jury from acquitting on a short time cycle either. Having a verdict reached doesn't suggest anything particularly good or bad.
This ....
24 min personal best. 55 min personal best on murder case [ to get NG verdict] Always should tell [jury] them if its 10 min or 10 days, just do your duty. The time has ZERO real bearing on the actual outcome. One thing i will agree with, this likely makes it less likely that it is "hung". But, see previous posts.... NO ONE knows what is happening in that jury room.

It makes me somewhat uncomfortable that a jury can reach a legit, well-reasoned verdict in such a short time period regarding such a big case
I hope I'm wrong but I feel most of these jurors are scared shitless for their lives and may rule on that.
I mean a CBS journalist was on television yesterday saying they know the names and the ages of the jurors and know where 4 of them live.

Yeah, I would go overboard one way or the other about how biased I am to get out of it. I was an intern for a federal judge one summer and he didn't tolerate much BS to get out of jury duty, but if you said something like "my god doesn't allow me to judge other people," that usually worked.
