The worst part of all this is going to be seeing the “activists” cheering in the streets as if their violence and protests made the difference
They are going to start looking at themselves like modern day civil rights movement
The virtue signaling is going to be out of control

You know, I hear people saying "No way they jury will acquit because they know that the mob will burn down the City". I would hope that at least one person in that room would have the fortitude to honor his oath and decide based upon the evidence without cowering to outside factors. In America...that's sort of the whole point of everything. Every man deserves a fair trial, and every man deserves an impartial jury of his peers. If external pressure dictates the decision, then the country is sunk, as is the judicial system.

Yep he's about to be hammered with at least 2/3. (Just the truth)

Judge just sent all courthouse workers home.
Guessing the courthouse is going to be a media circus this afternoon and he wants staff there to get out of there ahead of it.

it's going to be manslaughter.
Will be massive riots if its anything other than murder. Although it may not matter regardless

The jury is finished on such a short time on such a big case means most likely 6-7 claimed guilty, the other 5-6 that believe not guilty went along with it to save there arse... sad day a junkie/career criminal gets looks at like he is a saint, and a innocent man getting tossed in jail all because people are scared to speak on the truth

I agree. It’s a net positive that he’s dead and gone and no more bother to anyone. Pregnant women everywhere should be grateful

Greatest defense attorney in the world couldn't have saved Chauvin.
Honestly, I think the defense did the best job they could do, save for the overly long closing arguments. I was convinced this time last month this was 3rd degree murder, but with the evidence there’s no way that’s true. 2nd degree manslaughter is still possible, but not beyond a reasonable doubt in my mind.

It makes me somewhat uncomfortable that a jury can reach a legit, well-reasoned verdict in such a short time period regarding such a big case
Smells fishy. Or maybe they don't have the will to do anything other than just take the easy way out.

The fact that the judge sent the courthouse workers home doesn't mean anything, he doesn't know the verdict.

To the IDIOTS claiming it will be manslaughter, not murder
Do you not get that if the jury was conflicted on manslaughter v murder, they would have asked for tons of guidance and documents
They all had their minds made up the minute the cases were rested

Yeah, but they’re not aware of that one or what the cowardly sap of a mayor said either.

Even more reason why the MSM shouldn’t be allowed to talk about a murder case before it’s gone to trial. It’s damn near impossible now to have a juror that hasn’t been affected somehow by what they see on TV or Social Media.

I would vote to convict if I somehow got on that Jury and 11 others were voting to convict.
You can call me whatever you want, but no way in hell I am LITERALLY having my entire life, my families entire life, and all of my friends entire lives completely ruined for one guy.

I agree. It might lessen it some, but some people have gone to Minneapolis and other big cities ready to riot and be part of chaos, and they aren’t just going to leave if there is an across the board guilty verdict.
