To a certain extent. A quick vedict swings towards guilty.
A very long deliberation time in this situation would make me think there is 1 guilty person the others are trying to wear down.
If they would've gotten this thing on a Thursday evening instead of Monday I think we would've gotten a verdict by now

I think there’s a good chance of a hung jury

I've thought that since opening statements. Still do..

anything other than acquittal is a loss for everyone. the justice system will be more and more swayed by the media and politics. that isn't good for anyone.
I mean, we literally all watched the video. Don't need politics or media to inform me that Chauvin killed that man by going far overboard with his restraint.

How did he create an unreasonable risk?

Most likely: NG on murder, Guilty on 2nd Manslaughter. Riots
Almost as likely: hung jury. Riots
Less likely: Guilty on 3rd degree murder. Still Riots
Sure to happen no matter what: appeal that results in overturning conviction based on Waters incitement this week in the wake of the venue not changing and jury not being sequestered.

What part of the restraint are you referring to?

If any one juror has the guts and are honest they would hold out for not guilty. The state did not meet their burden. When the prosecutor has to resort to saying GF had a big heart and DC has a small heart, it’s a kangaroo court clown show. I mean GTFO

I would think it is far more likely to be the other way. One not-guilty they are trying to swing over.
That is what I meant. Typo.

He definitely will not be found unanimously not- guilty.
Agreed. Even though I think there is enough reasonable doubt to clear him.

Cheers. I could possibly be convinced to get onboard with the lower of the two manslaughter charges. Maybe. Based on the entirety of the trial though I would be not-guilty.
I can tell you this. Emotional pleas presented to me in the jury room by other jurors trying to change my mind would absolutely harden me even more.

Chauvin definitely killed him. I don't believe it was intentional.

So basically you're saying you're dumb enough and don't need any help.
