I just don’t see how a group of people that large can go day after day with nobody having to unexpectedly poo poo.

I was on a 5 day trial and we never had one either. Judge told us in instruction that we could get a break if we needed. I’m sure someone just alerts the bailiff and asks. Also, i never felt like I knew what time it was when we were in the court room. I just felt drained at the end of each day.

Judge on that case was awesome. She is on the Georgia Supreme Court now

How long has the defense been presenting compared to the time the prosecution took?

The fact the defense even has enough possible instances of doubt that they could go this long means this shite should be over criminally for such an outrageous charge.

I figured the case would be over with a jury verdict back after lunch. They are angling for a dinner deliberation. When the jury asks for dinner to be delivered, that doesn't mean they haven't already made up their minds. It could be that they just want dinner delivered.

Did Nelson refer to a previous GF police encounter? Was no previous encounters allowed in the trial?

What's wrong with that post? It makes perfect sense because in this country, you are guilty until proven innocent. Obviously Nelson is taking a long time to prove Chauvin's innocence because Chauvin is obviously guilty.

I think the prosecution went ~45 minutes and the defense just went for a little over 2 and a half hours.
