Seems like an odd argument to go against all doctors on a particular point when one of them is your own expert.

I've pooped in my jury chair before. It wasn't the cleanest process but there is a duty to uphold.

Yeah, that was a poor moment for the defense. Probably shouldn’t make the prosecution’s own case for them.

It’s not legal if that’s what you’re asking. Multiple people had to approve of that (the anchor makes a barely veiled threat to them as well) and should be arrested for doing so. They’re going to have a hell of a lawsuit on their hands if a member of the jury is assaulted, killed, or has their property damaged or destroyed.

I wonder if someone on the jury gave the judge a signal. He told them at the beginning of the trial to get his attention and let him know if someone needed a break.
