I hate how the comment was read after Nelson's closing. It gives the appearance to the jury that he said something improper.

Well that was the basis of the motion and he sort of did.

Defense made a motion to have the judge re-read an instruction bc they believe Nelson made a comment contradictory to the law....


The judge didn't agree, but agreed to re-read one instruction that the argument of counsel is not law or evidence

Jerry Blackwell - Special Prosecutor - is talking way too fast and almost slurring words - hard to follow - I turned off the sound and it's much easier to watch and make my own assessment

State made a motion regarding Nelson saying intent was needed to be demonstrated and asked for additional jury instruction. Judge didn't give a new one just reminded them of it that he is the only one who can tell them what the law requires.
