The problem is after they dragged a stumbling drunk girl to the car to be driven by Casen two minutes away to rape her they then had EVIDENCE in the car with them.
DNA, a living 'rape kit' showing their crimes, .319 BAC was in the car with them and what could they do to get rid of her?
They couldn't bring her to a hospital or there'd be questions, BAC determined as well as the assault and they'd give up their identities.
Was she even capable of using her phone? That'd bring more witnesses to the crime scene.
So they just dropped her off in a random location near a busy dark and dangerous street for her to run over.
Two good Samaritans did give her CPR in the rain waiting for EMS to arrive. So not everyone treated her like human trash that night.
Casen not only destroyed the life of this young girl he destroyed his mother, father, and siblings who will forever be related to 'rape boy.' Casen destroyed his chance at any decent future and may lose his freedom. Young white boy in prison is prime meat and he'll get 100x what Madison got that night if he goes to jail.
He needs to do what he didn't do back then: man up and tell authorities what happened that night. He argued with an annoying drunk girl after he helped rape her? That's not a sympathetic story to the mothers and fathers on that jury.

I didn’t say he was Mr Morality but the fact that he made him stop shows he does have a moral compass and knew they had crossed the line.

I haven’t read this whole thread or the affidavit, is it noted how long each party was at the bar?
Definitely seems like the girl didn’t think they were a threat, unfortunately they were and caused her death.

Even if she was dancing and flirting with 17 year old and follows after 17 year old, she’s .310. She can’t consent to sex with 17 year old. And your buddy Carsen knew that. Even by your own words, he didn’t get uncomfortable until the second guy, raped her anally? And he stopped that. Okay.

Even if her rape is not on him (which I think it is) but you seem to think he isn’t to blame for this. Her death lands squarely on his lap.
