I'm in agreement. Shocks me too. Just commenting on the size because it's about the same as his dad.

Man, this seems like a stupid statement. According to the affidavit, Casen told police that they drove around looking for her house and dropped her off in a subdivision.
Now the lawyer is telling everyone there was an argument and she wanted to get out. In what world does that sound better than what’s in the affidavit?
To me it sounds like one of three things. Either:
1. Someone already told police about the argument and he is trying to get ahead of it before it comes out anyway,
2. They actually did leave her on the side of Burbank (not in a subdivision) and he is trying to get ahead of it before it comes out anyway, or
3. He’s an idiot.
To me, it makes it look more likely that they left her on the side of Burbank and hauled arse, and less likely that they actually drove around looking for her house before dropping her in a subdivision.

I’m about to kick a hornets’ nest, but frick it. The truth is that trash comes in all skin colors. The black families in my neighborhood and the ones I work with aren’t supporting these POS. The overwhelming majority of black people I’ve known in my life from the country, to the city, to the suburbs not only wouldn’t condone this, but they would have the character to intervene to stop it. And yes I agree it appears the men is this case acted as “feral creatures.” They come in all colors.

Any chance he’s doing all This shite so that they can claim some sort of a mistrial on appeal? Could he intentionally be fricking this up cause it’s the only way he can avoid a conviction?

Calling out black thug life is no more racist than calling out white thrash or Mexican gangs.
These are subcategories of racial/ethnic/social groups.
Although non-members of these groups do support/defend them because they feel guilty for their success, education, privilege.
Black college educated women are probably the most racist group in America. Liberal white women also suck.

Nothing wrong with this. Shitty people do shitty things and the dysfunctional segment of society is small, but causes most of our crime. No need to blame some mythical communities for the actions of a few people.
