The guy that supposedly gave a sworn statement w/o his lawyer never said anything about an argument and her wanting out to get an uber.
Yet their lawyer stated this as if it shows she wasn't dumped off the side of the road.
What a fricking idiot lawyer. This makes it worse. And why didn't they call her an uber if there was no overall malice or guilt from raping her?

I don’t think he is. Joe Long has the driver I believe. Not sure who has the 28 year old and the juvenile. My understanding is Haley has Washington but I could be wrong on that.

If there are other victims that come forward, along with more charges for the other crimes, could also be part of this trial if it was part of their m.o. -- pick up drunk girls, rape them, dump them.
Small odds a woman in that situation is going to authorities.
Just look at the blaming of victim in this thread to figure out why a woman would stay silent after being raped.

That’s what should happen. And, the facts (assuming Casen's story is fully verified by the video) bear that out.
However, given that it’s likely the 17-year-old is a black kid, you can expect race riots in Baton Rouge if the white kid gets any less of a sentence than the three black animals the car. So, you know the DA is going to take that into consideration.
Also, the white kid is 18 years old. He may not want to rat out his “friends." Eighteen year old kids have strange priorities. Further, don’t be surprised if this 18 year old is being threatened. Finally, how long do you think he will last in Angola if he goes in there as a smallish white kid who ratted out three black animals? I’m sure someone is going to put that in his ear.

I just saw the video interview with Haley and the reporter said he has Washington and the juvenile.
I guess technically their interests are aligned and maybe they could knowingly waive any possible conflict.

I have looked at the Facebook comments and they're awful.
People - with their actual names attached - posting just awful things about the victim.
It also seems black females are especially harsh. Not who the prosecutors want on this jury.
