I missed it. Why is Sarah Michelle Gellar relevant to Denise Austin looking amazing at 65?

Once our second kid comes I’ll be going on self prescribed TRT. Most of these docs putting people on every two weeks or monthly dosing have no idea what they are doing as is

just find you a good one that will put you on 2x per week. plenty of people on the H&F board to help

as far as Denise goes...she has exercised 4-5 times a week since she was a teen and eats well....wtf do yall expect?

as far as the var comment....more than likely its more HGH and very low dose test and other hormones. she might do some low dose var but doubtful. more than likely she is on a ghrh/ghrp combo (cjc+ipam), low dose test and metformin. prolly takes blood work every 8-12 weeks to make sure everything is balanced.

and var wouldnt be prescribed off label for this even if doctors could because the shite wrecks your lipid profile.

tons of upper middle class and wealthy women in BR area are doign the same now along with light botox and those that need to lose weight are using a GLP-1 also.

In fact if we had more people getting put on hormone replacement therapy and working out, you’d greatly cut down on the use of antidepressants.

Our entire society could be radically altered if we did the following for one year:
-Cut sugar intake by 75%
-Increase workouts by 75%
-Reduce processed foods by 75%
-Evaluate hormone levels after age 35 yearly
-Pray or meditate daily for at least 15 mins

I think depression, pharmaceutical use and life expectancy would change historically by doing those five things.

This. I'll be the first to say that I need to abide by that list more. This is my worst time of year for the opposite of everything above and by New Years I feel like garbage. When I have long stretches of eating well, getting a good amount of exercise, and I'm able to manage my stress better I just feel great. However, when I get stressed and busy, I stress eat and its never foods that are good for me, drink too much, and just go to hard all day, man it takes a toll.

I saw a quote somewhere the other day, it said basically become obsessed with feeling good. Do whatever it takes to feel your best. That really resonated because often we don't know how awful we really feel because we're used to it.

Don’t do them all at once.

Try just doing one.

Or sleeping 7-8 hours a night which would’ve been item #6 on my list.

I do pretty well on that list for a good chunk of the year, its just from October through the holidays where it all goes out the window. Between football season being in full swing, the holidays, and the general chaos of life during that period I let a lot of self control go. I don't get blackout drunk or eat a 10 course meal at every sitting, but I'll start to have a drink or two after work to wind down. I'll eat too much and unhealthy things and just laugh it off and say "it's the holidays". For most of the year I do pretty well though.

Don't take this the wrong way because she was always hot, but there was something about her mouth that stood out to me.

Whenever I think you can't get dumber, more illiterate, and more ironic ("stood out"), you keep raising the bar.
