Very nice for 65. IWHI

At age 65, Denise Austin is rocking a bikini with pride.

The renowned fitness instructor made a splash this summer when she and her daughter, Katie Austin, modeled two-pieces on the catwalk for the 2022 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Runway Show in Miami.

She honestly doesn’t look like she’s had much work done. She’s got forehead lines & regular neck aging in pics on google. She works hard & has good genes.

WTF Sports Illustrated? I thought you guys weren't discriminating against plus size people now? Why would you show you bigotry and pure hatred of big people by having fit people in your shows.

I would bet that she hasn't had any plastic surgery. I don't know this as fact, but that would be my bet.

She’s been the in home aerobics queen for 40 years. It’s not really a secret. Exercise and a healthy diet.

Good genetics don’t hurt, but don’t discredit her work ethic.

Definitely not trying to discredit her work the good genes comment is more related to how beautifully her face has aged.

I love how steroids and other PEDs have been vilified since I was a kid, yet all of these old people are living their best lives looking 30.

Maybe if we studied and promoted the use of controlled substances in a healthy, supplemental manner, we could all perform at a high level deep into our twilight years.

One of the things I love about the OT is the shite I have to Google.

There's a trade off for all current PEDs in use. As far as longevity research goes there's billions being poured into exactly what you've mentioned.

The problem with current PEDs is everyone reacts differently to them and you have to constantly monitor your blood work.

The fact that you can get prescribed hormones for changing fricking genders but not wanting to look better is absolutely absurd.

In fact if we had more people getting put on hormone replacement therapy and working out, you’d greatly cut down on the use of antidepressants.

Once our second kid comes I’ll be going on self prescribed TRT. Most of these docs putting people on every two weeks or monthly dosing have no idea what they are doing as is
