People bitch if kids are on their phones too much and then bitch when they actually go outside and play.
We have a nice creek behind my house that if I were a kid you couldn't keep me out of it. Hell, I'm an adult and I can't stay out of it. I've never seen a kid in it until the past few weeks. It makes me happy to see them outside stomping up and down the creek.

I think it was lsushaun On this board who was trying to make a competition out of this last week. When I told him my 6 year old saw a friend of his one weekend, he went nuts and wanted to let everyone know his 6 yo daughter hadn’t complained once after not seeing anyone for 3 weeks. Not that I said my son was complaining but he sure felt important letting me know that I’m a reckless parent and his kid was cool.
