I havent been to a NOLA restaurant since the original vax mandate. Avoiding drama with Left wing fam by inviting everyone over to my house for grilling. So I guess hitting them double.
Sorry for the business owners and employees but thats what you get for opening a business in a city run so shitty, I guess?

That restaurant owner isn’t trying to accomplish anything. He’s simply following the protocol so he doesn’t have his life ruined. Though, at this point, following the protocol is just as likely to ruin his life.

What are the "penalties" and how are they enforceable? I still haven't seen that spelled out anywhere.

I heard this woman at my gym today say that she has her 1 and 4 year olds enrolled in the Moderna trials for the vaccine. She must be crazy.

NY has had the vax mandate for a while now and they’re one of the leaders in cases right now. Vax mandate doesn’t do shite to help. We are living in a clown world.

No, even they are not stupid enough to enact something that restricts people from the basic necessities to survive. Though it could be argued running someone out of business is doing that, just in a different way.
ETA: I'm vaccinated and know they work but that fact and these mandates being stupid are not mutually exclusive.
