I understand that this may sound like a shitty thing to say, and I do not consider myself to be anything more than slightly above average in terms of intelligence.

I’ve been seeing a girl over the course of the last few months (no pics). She’s a good person, has similar positions as me on the basics (religion, general politics, not being a shitty person, etc), but there’s not really much depth to her. Her hobbies are pretty much just hot yoga and tik tok. A ‘deep’ topic to her is whether or not Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are built to last or not.

I don’t always feel this way with her; if I did I would have put an end to this long ago. I do find myself becoming increasingly frustrated with just trying to have a conversation with her at times. I feel that I have a decent sense of humor, and I’ve pretty much just given up trying to be humorous with her because it’ll go right over her head.

And yes, I know that I’ve come to the right place

Dumb girls are underrated. You don't want them thinking too much, anyway.

If she doesn't challenge you then there's really no point other than to get your dick wet every now and then.

no

If your IQs are more than 20 points apart. If you're dumb too I guess it's ok.

She may be shallow, or she may not be. She could be guarded. She might not be vulnerable. Falling in love takes time. It's a process, whether you know you are doing it or not. Just like falling out of love. Allow things to be, and be grateful for the person she is. Don't overthink this right now. Overthinking is the cause of unhappiness.

Put yourself in a position to ask open-ended questions, be thoughtful, and remember things that were said. She will appreciate it, and perhaps over time, she will show you a side of her that you never knew existed.

However, it turns out, just appreciate the time you are spending together and allow things to play out. It may work, or it may not, but if you enjoy what is right now --- and not worry so much about what you think it could or should be --- you just might find that things get easier and more fluid between the two of you.

Looks fade but you’ll have long before that run screaming to get away from all trivial conversations.

The quality of your quarrels and conversations cannot be emphasized enough to ensure a long term relationship you are not bored with.

How old is she?

I’d guess mid 20’s?

It’ll pass. usually 30 hits decent girls in the head overnight.

But if she lacks a sense of humor now she’ll probably always be that dry. Don’t waste your time if you don’t see yourself enjoying her forever.

Leave this woman right now if she doesn’t look exactly like Megan Fox in 2006.

Why would you ever try to have a conversation with a woman?
