Would never cave. Won’t the judge just give them another deadline and then act again if necessary? I don’t know, but no way you compromise your beliefs at this point to go home earlier.

REMINDER: Bragg won reelection by approx. 83% of the votes, up from 81%. He is indeed following the will of his constituents it is on them, not Bragg. That's the same people that make up this jury.

I'll be watching to see if he gets a sentence enhancement on the negligence due to having training (USMC).

That's more worthy of anger, using his military service against him, than capitalization.

Worth noting, I do believe the probability of that is low. But after seeing Merchan in action it is not in the realm of possibility. Bragg certainly would hesitate to petition for it.

The prosecutor and the judge are making up law to drop the charge and instruct jury to just consider the lesser charge.

Ripe for appeal if found guilty of anything, he should be able to sue if it gets to that point. Ridiculous.

People are fed up coming out to their parked car with a shattered window and a parking ticket stuck to the windshield so let’s hope the jury has half a brain and realize the statists prosecutors and judges are out of their minds.
