9:48 - Almost all of downtown Dallas is cordoned off.

9:54 - Officer has a female suspect in custody that matches the description, he just asked where he needs to take her. Another officer says take her to HQ. - scanner

9:55 - Fox 4 reporting 3-6 officers shot.

10:00 - CNN reporting a text message from an anchor's friend's daughter in the Omni hotel saying there is active shooter inside with 6 officers down.

10:09 - Friend works at parkland, she said 6 officers shot

10:10 - Sources indicate 5-6 officers gravely injured.

10:10 - Police reporting suspect on 3rd floor of the Bank of America tower in body armor.

Shots fired at BLM protest in Dallas. Black male shooter, possible he was not alone. Cops may have him custody, may not. Confirmed that cops are down.
