He shot at one side of the pillar then immediately moved around ready to shoot from the other side. Looked pretty tactical to me...

That's what I think. He strayed pretty far from cover a couple times in that video. Plus, when you're on what is effectively a suicide mission, you're going to be a little more brazen.

It was terrible. When they said it was raw, I was hoping the person shown was a cop and not the shooter. I can't imagine what the person recording it must have thought. I kept thinking "Call for backup! He's right there!" It makes me sick.
