I would have taken a defense of trash being raised by trash, probably minus a parent a little more serious.

I am pretty sure ODD qualifies her for SSI/Disability benefits for when she gets out and will continue her therapy on an outpatient basis.

So now instead of jail you want to reward her with disability money for the rest of her life?

They need to remove all welfare/disability/benefits from her and her entire family for 5 years minimum and if she gets out of line again they lose them for life. Those parents will learn how to control their little piece of shite really quick

Is this sarcasm? Because you have very detailed sarcasm. Good job there buddy!
OR
You’re being serious and likely dumber than the insane teacher abuser in the OP.

A mean streak a mile long is a character flaw. It is neither crazy, nor fixable. This wilding orc needs to be removed from the gene pool. Her line of victims will be long if she is allowed to continue consuming oxygen.

Even if he's not being sarcastic, there's a subset of people (mostly the ones permanently in academia) who do believe that. Let's just say I know someone dealing with it right now. Beating the shite out of a teacher can't be punished because it's the "defiance disorder" that made them do it. No consequences.

TikTok trend

This was debunked multiple times by TikTok and the internet. There was never a trending post for these acts other than false reports by you guessed it, the media.

What she did was objectively wrong. If she couldn’t tell that it makes her more of a public threat that should be removed from society.

TikTok removed them as they were posted. That doesn't mean the girl wasn't filming it for that purpose. From another article:

quote:

Investigators said Jackson wanted to take part in a viral “Slap a Teacher” challenge spreading on Tik Tok. The social media platform denounced the dare and said it would remove any content related to it.

They also arrested the 2 kids that helped her plan and film it for "Unlawful Posting Of Criminal Activity For Notoriety and Publicity"
