And you said "must" but the quote in this story I found to fact check you says:
"D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser is recommending anyone who visited the church between February 24 through March 3 to self-quarantine for 14 days."
Must and recommend are two different things. I wonder how many will go with his recommendation?

Hardly any. Most Americans are extremely selfish. They will blame it on something else but at the end of the day there is a reason there is litter everywhere, etc.

Anyone that gets told/reccomended to quarantine and still goes out and spreads it can die and go straight to hell.

Ok, then please add the link. But I understand if you just heard it on the TV and the reporter changed the quote.

They had a Missouri family where the daughter in her 20's came home from semester abroad with covid-19. The hospital told the family to self quarantine. The father and highschool aged sister decided to disregard the advice to attend a father-daughter dance. Now the school has to shut down.

Mandatory minimum of 24 hrs to “assess the situation.” If the infected person was actually in the school while carrying the virus, it will probably stay closed longer I would assume.
