It’s probably already in the US and circulating. Once the first walk ins get tested positive there will be a panic the likes we’ve never seen in our lifetime.

China has said the survival rate for serious patients is 6% and critical being 1%. WHO says up to 82% mild cases, some could turn for the worse.

Lancet says the real rate of death is 15%. Do the math and it comes to around 15-17% survival rate. They aren't reporting the deaths accurately, why? Well, we can speculate all day, but the numbers don't lie. As more and more get infected the rate will approach its percentage number as WHO, Lancet, and Beijing authorities have said in their own words. Follow the crumbs and not the numbers they fork out.

This means, of course, that 18% of coronavirus cases are either “serious” or “critical,” since those are the other two designations which are possible.

The percentage of people who survive those two designations is surprisingly low, according to China’s own official sources. The communist Chinese regime is trying to spin the very low survival rates as some sort of “good news,” not surprisingly. Here’s how the SCMP reported the spin:

Mild status (82 / 100) = 100% survival
Serious status (14 / 100) = 6% survival
Critical status (4 / 100) = 1% survival

With these data outlined, then, what is the total number of deaths per 100 people who are infected?

To get the answer, we first calculate the number of survivors: (0.82 x 100) + (0.06 x 14) + (0.01 * 4) = 82 + 0.84 + 0.04 = 82.88

So we know there are 83 survivors out of every 100 infected patients.

That means there are 17 who do not survive (i.e. deaths). That’s another way of saying the mortality rate is 17%, by the way.

Note carefully that this is almost entirely based on numbers coming out of China that the Chinese government is trying to spin as “good news.”

It’s also very consistent with the early study out of The Lancet that documented a 15% mortality rate among those who are infected. That study is found here:

In particular, let us all celebrate the magnificent achievements of our comrades in Zhejiang province. Even though the entire province is in lockdown and 1,092 confirmed cases have been reported, not one single person has died from 2019-nCoV.

Truly, government officials have discovered the secret to eternal life in Zhejiang, and the world should salute their scientific triumph.

In cases where the patient died, the mortality rate was 99%.

Friends in HK and SZ being told to work from home until end of Feb now... they’ve already been stuck home for 2 weeks.

I wouldn't necessarily believe exact numbers, even if it were to be occurring right here in the South. Not that I believe they'd be purposely deceitful, just that I don't think its easy to pinpoint who has what sickness, and especially this being such a new and bizarre phenomenon of biblical proportions.
