Dude, for the love of God, stop thinking you understand the Constitution. It's getting extremely embarrassing.

I don't go to Walmart often, but I bet I've only been checked about 10% of the times I've walked shamefully through those doors. I guess most of the time I don't look like a thief, or what they've been taught a thief looks like.

Valid point. However, if it wasn't constitutional then they still couldn't do it. It's not constitutional to kill someone but even if they sign an agreement saying that it's ok to kill them, i would still go away for murder.
shopping at a retail store isn’t an unalienable right.

They have the right to “demand” - it is their store.
You know, I don't think they do. This is because the transaction is over. The items in the possession of the customer are property of the customer, whether he/she is in the store or not. While not a constitutional issue, it's probably some sort of imprisonment.

You said the constitution does not apply to private business.

It doesn't. The Constution's Bill of Rights is only applicable to the federal government, and to the states via the 14th Amendment. Private businesses are regulated via Acts of Congress and other regulations, NOT THE CONSTITUTION.

And "white supremacists" are not allowed to put up "whites only" signs via the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

To be very clear, because I think you need things dumbed down, the Civil Rights Act is not the Constitution.

Although I'm really starting to think (and hope) this is just a good troll.

And you would have been completely incorrect. The constitution does not apply to WalMart asking to see your receipt when you are leaving their property.

I usually hand it to them and never stop walking and walk away without time for them to look in my buggy. F Sam Walton's ghost. He don't need to see what I bought.

While exiting Walmart after checking out and paying a cashier for my purchases the receipt sentinel asked to see my receipt. I politely said no and kept walking. The sentinel attempted to grab my arm to stop me and demanded to see my receipt. I said you have no right to do this and continued walking out the store.

The sentinel then ran outside to report this to the police officer stationed by the doors. He stopped me ad told me i had to show the receipt. I responded that they have no right to see the receipt as I was not accused of a crime.

The officer then said you have to show it to me. I told him unless they accused me of stealing there was no probable cause. The sentinel then confirmed they were not accusing me of stealing.

The officer then asked why I was making such a big deal of this. I told the officer that demanding to see my receipt was a violation of my constitutional rights and walked off. He did not try to detain me.

You're not that bright. Segregation was a government policy that was invalidated as a violation of the Equal Protection Clause.

Walmart isn't the government. Even if they were acting with government sanction, there's no Equal Protection issue.

They have a receipt check policy for white people, black people...all people. Equal Protection violations occur with discrimination. You didn't get discriminated against, you got treated the same as everyone else.

100% correct.

You have availed yourself of a private companies policies and procedures.

The Constitution does not protect you here, lunatic.

If you don't like their policies, you DO have the freedom to shop elsewhere.

The police officer is not arresting the person. So it’s not a wrongful arrest or detention. They have a right to search a person with probable cause. If the employee is saying that they are a suspect that has stolen then there is probable cause.

If you are being arrested and feel it is wrongful you can resist, but not at the harm of the officer. But the individual still has to PROVIDE PROOF why the arrest is wrongful. once provided the person cannot be arrested. Meaning...you would still have to show the damn receipt!
