I get it but how important is this info in daily life?

I know what type of gun was used to kill Oswald.

#1 If you believe in a conspiracy then you believe that Ruth Payne was involved. She had to be since she was Oswald's connection to get a job at the Book Depository. You also must believe that Roy Truly, the man who hired Oswald there, was involved also. In 50 years there has never been any evidence that either has had any connections to the FBI, CIA, mafia, or any other group conspiracy theorists point the finger at.

#2 You also have to believe that Jack Ruby, running late as it is, decided to risk missing Oswald all together when he stopped off at Western Union to wire one of his employee $25 to pay her rent like 3 minutes before he shot Oswald. You'd also have to believe that Oswald himself was involved in his own end as the only reason he hadn't been transported long before Ruby arrived at the police station was because he asked for a change of clothes.

#3 The physical evidence overwhelmingly shows that all shots came from the 6th floor of the book depository. The infamous "magic bullet" presupposes that Kennedy and Connelly were seated on a level plane, but in reality we know that model Lincoln had a front seat that was sunken around 13 inches below the rear seat. When corrected the trajectory shows Lee Harvey Oswald was the only one who could have fired that shot.

Oswald acted alone.

In all honesty, I see those as more trivia than anything at this point. The older you are the more likely you are to remember the names. For example how many people know the names Charles J. Guiteau and Leon Czolgosz?

There’s your public school system at work, cranking out dumbasses with terrific self esteem. Stupid and proud.

How have you survived this long without having a counselor to talk to or a safe space or a fricking service animal to help you with anxiety?

Just because they didn't know today doesn't mean they were never taught or never knew the answers.

People forget shite all the time. I didn't remember who killed mlk. Ask me tomorrow and I probably will have forgotten again. Just isn't info that I need to know.

Lee Harvey was a madman. Once he and his friends tried to steal a cow, and his friends tried to make it with the cow. I wanted to party with that cowboy.

None of my friends (late 20’s - early 30’s) know who killed Kennedy, MLK, or Lee Harvey. I thought this was common knowledge and they were just dumbasses until I asked some of my coworkers (all various ages) and none of them knew either. It really blew my mind that 2 out of 20 people only knew who killed each man. So what says the OT? Are my friends dumbasses or is it just useless info that no one remembers?

I'll bet those same friends also believe the moon landing was fake.
