this seems like it could end poorly for the OP.
i dont know if messing with someone over whats likely an honest mistake is worth potential criminal charges. Ordering stuff on her account and getting into her email was likely going a little too far in the risk/reward ratio.

Why would the person purposely use your email address? Is it just a mistake or did comcast frick something up? It would be more than a little fricked if you are screwing with these people because comcast is the worst company on the planet.
Also, IANAL but I imagine that there is a tort in there somewhere for harassing these people, especially if you are costing them money and making charges against their account.

This is amusing, but you took it kinda far. My email address is my uncommon first name & last initial. Everyone on the planet with my first name thinks my email address is hers. I have been signed up for French dating sites, receive countless pics from "grandma" of "my" child bc the lady won't understand that she doesn't know her own daughter's address, swim lesson bills for a kid named Janko in New Zealand...even real estate closing papers for a couple in Australia a few weeks ago. On and on. If they don't catch on the first time I'm like, "hey, wrong person", then I mark it as spam. Problem solved.

I haven't harassed anyone. If anything Comcast has harassed me. I've given them every chance in the world to make it right. They didn't. I've only done stuff on the account set up under my email address

Lets think here, last time I moved and opened a Centurylink account I had to give them an email address. My confirmation of installation date and new account info would be sent to my email address. That email address is also my account ID for logging in online if I want to. If I don't receive the email, then I would call them back and say what gives???

You realize they also have your information though right, since you called in 5 times regarding this account...
That is all logged, so whenever there is clearly an issue going forward with the account, since the customer will call, any looking at the account what so ever will paint a pretty clear picture.
If you are costing this woman money by ordering items under her name, since accounts are tied to people, they don't come looking to email addresses for payment; you could well be reimbursing.

Comcast all of sudden decided my owned modem was theirs and started charging me a monthly modem lease fee. It took me over 6 months of repeated phone calls and several trips to their office to try and get the modem fee and late fees charged because I refused to pay the modem fee. The problem was not resolved until I raised so much hell at the office they threatened to call the police. I said call them so I can press charges on Comcast for trying to rip me off. After the lady behind the bullet proof glass realized I wasn't going away. She finally let me speak to a manager who fixed the problem in about 2 minutes.
I can't imagine the hell Lavona is going to have to fix this shite. Oh and frick Comcast

All they may possibly have is my phone number and ip address. I've never given Comcast any personal info on me. I don't think any of this comes back on me personally. They can't figure out how to remove an email address. I couldn't possibly think they know how to find my true identity. And if they do find me I'll be glad to discuss all of this with them.
