I just don't understand why someone would do this. It isn't as if she is scamming you for her services. She is still having to pay and all the information is hers except for your email address. She isn't using your identity by using your name, address or SSN. There would be no advantage to doing this. It has to have been a mistake and probably some weird mix up by Comcast.
It is kind of funny but I feel this is probably on Comcast and not on the woman.
