I get emails all the time about shite. shite I've bought Pay per view, when I'm moving my service etc. I've called them each time and asked them to remove my email from this person's account. They can't seem to do it. I'm now taking matters into my own hands.

The reason they used your email is probably because they have no intention of ever paying Comcast.

Actually I can now. But let me have some fun. It's taken me 2 years to finally get to this point.
ETA: and if it was so simple Comcast should have done it on one of my 5 previous phone calls to them.

Some German lady in Switzerland somehow got into my Netflix and kept changing the language to German.
She watched some WEIRD shite.
Also, pretty sure she was streaming full seasons of shows just to record them and sell them. Anime and crap like that.
Took me changing my password to my email and Netflix like 3 times and logging off of all machines before she stopped coming back. I know her name because she set up her own profile in Netflix with her fricking name

Then she tried to spam my email with a thousand newsletter subscriptions to hide her other devious acts. I caught her trying to login to my credit card account and she tried to empty my Bovada.com account using Bitcoins
