This is dangerous though. I did this one time as a teenager and suddenly got an extreme urge to shite. Realized I wasn’t gonna make it home so I tried to quickly shite in a ditch since nobody was around. Right as I was unleashing the Kraken some old black lady drove by, rolled down her window and yelled “aw HELL naw” then drove off. Never told my family, they would’ve killed me

That is post of the year nominee worthy

My grandpa called it the backdoor trots.

Old West cowboy talk for the aftermath.

Yes, I'm from a long line of rocky mountain hayseeds.

The liberal woke MSM wants you to “walk” your farts off instead of blasting them into your recliner like a normal red blooded American

Nothing like a 10 year old+ fabric recliner with baked in fart and one armrest down to the wood.

A certain percentage of the population’s fart walks will become shart walks.

Why do I have to walk to fart?

The article doesn't say this. It says a basic walk helps relieve bloating and flatulence. Fart walk is just a catchy name.

Just fart at the table. Then you have more football watching time and less walking time.

Take a walk somewhere and fart? I usually just wait until I am in close proximity to one of my liberal relatives and let it rip.

It was adequately explained in the OP. It makes you feel better, plus it helps mitigate the spike in blood sugar levels that result in fat storage.

This is like my everyday.
