Dude, I work in IT and there are no Arabs around me, but there are a shite ton of Indians, with more arriving every day. We're getting plenty of the "smart ones."

The loser could be us. It's been going on for a while. Smart Middle Eastern people will hesitate to migrate here. Historically we have thrived by drawing talent from the world. We are discouraging that part.
