He said Lindsey can’t handle another trial. Hopefully someone gives her some rope.
And also prosecution chances generally increase for conviction in second trials. Although it will still be in Massachusetts which clearly has a plethora of morons buying her poor me act.

Not necessarily, but they could hammer her way worse and also do a much better job of jury selection now knowing the retardation surrounding this case.
Apparently the prosecution burned up their objections during juror selection really quickly, so by the end the defense got whoever they wanted.

Yea the Supreme Court should definitely weigh in the defendants emotional state before deciding on the outcome. It’s only fair.
Crazy.

Being a woman
That’s literally it.
Oh and she had a terrible husband that didn’t do anything to help her and framed her

I can imagine the supply of objectionable jurors in this case was endless.

He is at risk of jumping the shark with some future potential jurors IMO.
He clearly has gotten a big head after seeing some of the public reaction. But the general public is still very split on this.
I don't think "consider the emotions of the women who brutally murdered her three kids, a trial is just too much to endure" will sit well with a lot of people.

You don't understand the level of stupid at play here. There smart people that I've essentially had to hold their hand to get them to only yesterday realize Lindsay admits to the killings.

Is she wearing a mask in 2026?
I assume whatever that lady decides is probably not how I want it to go.

I’m assuming that’s an older picture but who knows

They showed the livestream of the MA Supreme Court justice talking to the defense/prosecution. She looks like a woke AWFL baby killer herself, so I am expecting she will grant the stay and try to force this juror off the jury.

Last name and the mask tells me she’s ruling in favor of the defense. Let’s see

How does this work exactly? What if the other jurors aren’t being truthful in their note and are ganging up on him because he won’t side with them? Do they have to provide some proof?
And are we sure he isn’t in a state of psychosis?

Yeah that's not how that works, there's a ton of evidence that Clancy was going through psychosis which is why the majority of jurors had her as not guilty by reason of insanity
