The judge would have a conversation with the juror and make a determination.
The judge declined to do that so Reddington asked the Supreme Court to step in.

No, it was at her Sup Ct confirmation in 2020, it is when she first sat down. The picture was chosen for "reasons".
She is interesting. She is an engineer and has an MS in engineering from MIT and went to law school at Stanford.
