Saw a good looking white girl walking through the parking lot the other day. Got in a new 300 with blacked out windows. My first thought was “she likes the BBC” is that wrong of me to assume?

Safe assumption, although I always kind of liked the looks of Chrysler cars

Not that one model makes a huge difference but I’m surprised they aren’t making the 200 anymore.
Only rental companies bought those pieces of shite.

The Pacifica depreciates like a horseshoe floats.
We destroyed a parked (and THANK GOD empty) Pacifica that was five model years old last year.
I couldn’t believe how little the value of it was.

Is the brand about to die?

Has Chrysler ever made an SUV/crossover?
They have but after they realigned the brands I believe all SUV’s will be going to Jeep. The Grand Wagoneer will be making a comeback soon and the Durango is supposed to be going away.
Chrysler/Dodge = mid/large sedans, performance cars, minivans
Ram = Pick up trucks
Jeep = SUVs
Fiat = compact cars
Alfa Romeo = mid tier luxury
Maserati = premium luxury (although outside of the Gran Turismo, they suck)
I’ll have to double check their 5 year plan that came out just before Sergio Marchionne passed away, I forget if they are phasing Chrysler and Dodge out completely or keeping them around. I know they announced a shift to focus on SUV production.

i know a guy who has worked at Dodger/Chrysler for 20 years in corporate
he said they know they make shitty vehicles and are always at the bottom of the reliability rankings. Said they make their money on finance and service, and that over 50% of their buyers are minority low income people and they get ridiculous finance rates on them.
He drives a Maserati and even admitted thats pretty much a POS, lol

The 200 was a catastrophic failure

FWIW this applies to almost every single auto manufacturer. Why do you think they each have their own credit arms?

Worried you can't trade in your convertible Sebring for a new model?
Posted on 1/18/19 at 8:56 am to ColoradoAg03
When I think Sebring, I think Michael Scott.

I forgot that the 300 was still being produced.
Black guy in BR has one chopped into a convertible with a restyled front windshield.
It's actually gorgeous.

To be fair, without their own banks, they’d never be able to get any cars off the lot. How many people do you think actually pay cash for new vehicles as opposed to leasing and financing. Also, a captive bank is able to give slightly better rates than independent financing, thus also making it easier to get a buyer into the car.

It was an employee's parked car.
