My sister is a huge libtard and its been hard not to needle.... for example " I heard they raised the smoking age to 21... because children are impulsive and don't make good decisions.... the age to transition is still 5 years old tho".... Were about to go to a super liberal methodist church with an openly gay music director.... wish me luck.

I’ll play, just cuz it was so surreal.

My father is on his second wife (and second set of kids). Well his wife had a daughter before making babies with pops. Well the adult daughter of his wife got married about 2 years ago. They’ve since had a baby, but that’s beside the point. I guess you’d call him my step BIL at this point. Dude is from Iceland, and they live in Hawaii.

Anyway, we arrive yesterday, and dude is already turnt. He’s speaking Icelandic and shite, and starts slapping my dad’s belly, being super annoying and shite. My 21 yo daughter starts holding his arms, and he starts biting. At this point, my brother has his legs, my daughter has his arms and my dad is holding him down, and he started biting my dad on the arm.

His wife is screaming at him to chill, my dad’s about to knock his arse out. It was all horse play, but got awkward. Merry Xmas!

Woke up this morning to a couple fire trucks and a bunch of police cars lining the street. Neighbor beat his wife, shot one of their children, then shot himself. Two of his three kids are autistic (twins) - not sure which kid he shot.

Found out this morning my future FIL is a NASCAR fan and drinks Keystone Light. It’s a head scratcher because he’s not from Alabama. I would make fun of him but he’s offered me some Keystone. Smooth

The very conservative southern baptist church I go to once in a while has a music director who couldnt be more gay unless he leaped out of the closet in a shower of glitter.

FINLEY, North Yorkshire (WPEC) — One grandma from the United Kingdom is trying to cash in this holiday season. Hayley Garbutt is expecting about a dozen of her family members to show up for Christmas dinner this year and isn't planning on letting them into her house for free. The grandma of four says she plans on charging 35 pounds ($45) per person to enter her home on Christmas, according to Caters News Agency.

Does anybody else’s family change the time when everybody should be there about five times leading up to Christmas Eve?

Bc I’m about to the point to saying frick it and showing up at same time every year no matter what time they finally settle on.

Got off work at 7p. Sis wanted me to pull this kitchen set out for my 2 year old niece while they are at a party. She forgot to tell me the code to their garage to get in and now I’ve been stuck outside for the last hour because she won’t answer the damn phone. Finally get in and the set is in the attic. It’s fricking huge and heavy. FML. Thank god my BIL has a handle of bullet in the cabinet.

Wife got pissed off tonight that my son and I decorated the Christmas cookies without her. I mean..raging bitch level. She was already mad because. I’ve barely spoken to her today.

God forbid I’m at work and then getting the final things for tomorrow.

Can’t wait to see what tomorrow holds.

Oh the joy.

Tomorrow we're going to the Gfs family's place. They are good surprisingly well adjusted people for the most part.

The women are a little catty. She tried to pull the same crap the first year and I explained other people are entitled to opinions, whether we like them or not.

In what I would call a christmas miracle, she agreed and has refused to engage in stupidity since.

I typically find the oldest man at the gathering and talk to him. I have a lot more in common with him than I do the men her parent's age. We like good whiskey, busty women, and we laugh at those lacking the mental faculties to understand why we're slapping knees. He's good people.

First time in 7 years with my wife we wont be together Christmas morning. I'm out of the house.
Saying it is crushing does not even begin to describe the pain

Cheers

All of my family has Christmas Day at my house and everybody brings something; whether it be food, wine, beer or spirits. Yet, I have this one fat cousin who has a fat husband and two fat children who manages to bring only the Tupperware needed to take home leftovers. No lie, they walk in empty handed b b b because she works, and is just too stressed. So everyone that contributes to the festivities are jobless and bear no other holiday responsibilities?? WTF Ummm, no. Keep in mind they eat more and drink more than anyone else. Her husband will guzzle 2 bottles of wine and leave at least 15 cigarette butts on my porch.
Seriously, who brings Tupperware to a family gathering when you have contributed nothing???!

Edit - I love my family gathering - it’s 3 generations cousins 2nd and 3rd removed. It’s just a great day, but damn those fat asses - gah.

My 78 year old mom slipped a fart out. That’s the most drama we had.
Made for some good laughs
