I have to go to The InLaws at 5p so we can do the present swap. Not everyone can be there tmo due to other relative visits, etc. inLaws’ ne’er do well POS son and his wife/daughter have moved in with them on a temporary basis due to his house (bought by MIL for him) is in such shitty shape that it may be condemned. They ruined that house in less than 10 years.
My fear is that the gift house will be too expensive to bring back from the cat urine/feces ridden scenario and MIL will have him there waaaaay longer than she thought. Damn, frick this!

My grandma has been on fire so far
This morning she declared that “blacks are taking over football”
Then she told me (I am currently battling cancer) that she knows a ton of people that had cancer that was cured and went away only to return fatally

Woke up this morning to a couple fire trucks and a bunch of police cars lining the street. Neighbor beat his wife, shot one of their children, then shot himself. Two of his three kids are autistic (twins) - not sure which kid he shot.
Can’t understand why people who want to commit suicide have to take other family members with them. I’ve experienced it in my own family. Will never understand it. Especially during what is supposed to be such a joyful family time of the year.
ETA: Kid was apparently only shot in the arm and will live - and not one of the autistic children.

Family will be at our house in about 2 hours. Over the years, if you started drama, you were not invited back and were made very clear as to why.

No drama but my FIL died Sunday and my dad died in March. Makes this a sad shitty Christmas.

Some people here are not understanding the purpose of this thread. This thread is to entertain everyone else with the drama that is going on. This thread is not to let everyone know how there is no drama because your are a "real" man or to criticize people who have family drama. Thanks.
