I know, right? You should’ve been there! Entertainment value was 8.5/10.

Dad was being miserable yesterday before I got here. Things lightened you. Just finished cooking charbroiled oysters for the family. Trying to crap in peace. There’s a window in here that goes out to patio. He is yelling at my brother specific leaves he wants blown off the patio. At the same time cursing up a storm every weatherman in the New Orleans metro area because it wasn’t supposed to rain today.

Every year my sister gives my brother a “donation” to planned parenthood. It’s a real thorn in my side. She is a total libtard as is he.

You should give them memberships to the NRA. Then they'll get a hunting magazine each month and their names on some watchdog list.

Does anybody else’s family change the time when everybody should be there about five times leading up to Christmas Eve?

Bc I’m about to the point to saying frick it and showing up at same time every year no matter what time they finally settle on.

It’s almost always between 2-3 for us. But, just like today, that’s about 3:45 for my dipshit cousin, her kid, and whichever boyfriend she’s seeing at the time.

All of my family has Christmas Day at my house and everybody brings something; whether it be food, wine, beer or spirits. Yet, I have this one fat cousin who has a fat husband and two fat children who manages to bring only the Tupperware needed to take home leftovers. No lie, they walk in empty handed b b b because she works, and is just too stressed. So everyone that contributes to the festivities are jobless and bear no other holiday responsibilities?? WTF Ummm, no. Keep in mind they eat more and drink more than anyone else. Her husband will guzzle 2 bottles of wine and leave at least 15 cigarette butts on my porch. Seriously, who brings Tupperware to a family gathering when you have contributed nothing???! Edit - I love my family gathering - it’s 3 generations cousins 2nd and 3rd removed. It’s just a great day, but damn those fat asses - gah.

Sounds like my niece. Has 8 children and sometimes brings other kids. The whole family eats like it’s their last meal ever. Comes in wagging a pecan pie as her contribution. And it was store-bought.
