Yea CFA’s window time is probably like 20-30 sec. It’s why they’re perceived to be fast. No one remembers how long they waited in line if they get the food right away at the window

Popeyes used to universally suck at service (It’s branded as Louisiana so at least you get an authentic experience) but the past 2 times I have gone to Burbank Popeyes I have gotten Chick Fil A level service. Best hidden gem in town right now.

Unlike the rest of these, CFA is a well oiled machine.

They have staff out taking orders and relaying them well before the speakers in many instances and run double drive thrus.

The reason it is slow is the volume of people going through there.

BK et all? You can be the only person in line but have a longer wait than CFA.

No Popeyes ranking. List is shite.

I have found Popeye's employees to give the fewest fricks in the entire food industry.

CFA is most definitely slower than they used to be. When they changed their drive-thru model to the folks outside with pads, it went downhill. It is not worth the wait just so some kid can tell you my pleasure. People have a bad memory if they don’t realize how much slower it’s gotten.

Of course they do. Every time you go by there’s about 1000 cars in line but they still get you through in about 10 minutes. The others can barely do that with 3 cars in line. Not an apples to apples comparison.

Where the frick did they do this that BK is the 5th fastest?!

I've never been to a BK that is fast, even when I'm the only person in the drive-thru.

But at least they don't frick my order up like McDonald's or Wendy's.

The cfa order on line is a bit odd. Driving home after a kid event...have Mrs order on line... Easy enough.. But they won't actually make the order till we get there. So do sitting in the 6 min line

QSR has an axe to grind, apparently. Like magazines ranking Tesla as the top electric car for years, but as soon as he exposes himself as pro freedom...boom, bottom of list.

I mean all the places above have way less of a line. CFA can take a while but they do push a ton of cars through efficiently.

Who cares even if this accurate, Chick-Fil-A has good food so who cares how long I have to wait.

Honestly when I go to Chick-Fil-A I go inside which is usually pretty quick.

Maybe it’s because there are more people in line in the first place at Chick-Fil-A than at the others.

A lot of this is probably because chick Fil a very seldom ask you to pull forward to misguide the numbers reported.

And it pisses me off. It’s always some fat frick who ordered 40 dollars worth of food and holds top the line for 10 minutes

Yeah but their employees love their jobs and are not a-holes. I will wait the few extra minutes.

It’s slower because they take your order sooner? That’s not logical.

It’s slower because there are more cars. Partly because they kept their dining rooms closed longer (or have revamped stores to not even have dining rooms), but it’s not slower because they have people entering orders quicker than one car at a time at the box.

Is it because they have 25 cars in line?

Pro tip: Order from the app, park, and go pick it up.

Even the 80s I think. Used to be my go-to drive-through burger. They sucked so bad the last time I went to one I haven't been back in probably a decade. Generally don't get drive-through burgers anymore, though.
