You'd honestly be really surprised as to how many liberals work in o&g, corporate at least.

I agree. I retired from that business but had the opportunity to work with a bunch of young whipper snappers. It blew me away how they supported politicians who despised the industry. They hung out with non oilee's who despised the industry also. They liked the money.

My dad, grew up in Texas and was a life long chevron employee and retired high up the ladder in SF. He always wanted to go back to Texas! One of the last things he said to me before he passed last year was Take me back to Texas. He would have been so happy!
