My in laws are pretty awesome. Especially my MIL. I’m actually lucky all around in the marriage department. My wife’s not perfect but I definitely out kicked my coverage. Of course she gets a lot of mileage from her big milk bags and phat arse.

FIL emigrated to the USA and bought a big Pontiac Safari wagon to haul around his four kids when he got here. He still has that Safari and my wife rants about that stupid thing, but I get it. He does just enough to keep a license plate on it / shut the women up.

In laws have their flaws but aren't too bad. Flaws: if I borrowed a gallon of gas from my FIL to mow my grass, he's coming next day to collect his $2.50. He also makes double in salary what I make. Other than that..and tipping, they're alright.

My in laws are great. Brother in Law and his family are great. Sister in Law is a little unusual but she lives very far away and I only see her once every couple of years.

My MiL is the nicest woman on the planet. I love my in-laws, including her brother

Here. Mine are great. Easygoing, fun, and stay completely out of our business. Also, MIL is such a hardline right-winger that I'm sure she's on all of the alphabet agencies' lists.

Yes. When we are at their house, either I cook something I go buy or I pay to eat out. They will have horrible stuff in fridge or pantry that I know my kids won’t eat. They have money also. They aren’t wealthy but grew up very poor so they talk about what things cost all the time. It’s annoying.
It’s so bad that there are times when they are at our house that they will run to gas station and grab themselves a couple things without telling us. I only assume so we don’t ask for anything. Even the grandkids aren’t asked if they want anything.

I love my in-laws!

My MIL can drive me crazy, but she also just flew across the country for my grandmother's funeral to support me a d my aunt.

I'm sitting at my FILs house right now in St. Francisville. Having the best night.

Mine asked for a little too much for a long time. Finally pushed back but they get it. FIL is a constant tech request but he no longer asks me.

My SO’s Dad is genuinely one of the nicest guys I’ve met and was over at our house, in the bitter cold, trying to help us find a frozen pipe (come to find out it wasn’t that) over the weekend.

His Mom has also been pretty good to me. She has no filter so you know exactly where you stand with her and I appreciate that so much. But she can be incredibly kind as well. Nothing worse than someone that smiles in your face and burns you behind your back.

Mine are pretty cool. Don't really see or talk to them that often but we all like each other and celebrate holidays together.
