Carvana Experiences?

Anyone sold or traded in a vehicle to Carvana? How did it go? Did they honor the online offer, and was the process as easy as advertised?
Also how is the purchase process and is it smooth. I'm at the stage in life that I don't have time or patience for dealership shenanigans.

Super easy. No sudden negotiation at pickup but I was honest about the car as well.

I know 1 guy that bought 2 cars from them.
1 had issues, like rust. They honored it and returned it.
Another guy bought a porsche through them.
He still has it and was happy.

A friend bought a car from Carvana. She returned it and got another within the 7 days. Then did it again. And again. I think they allowed her 4 returns before they cut her off. Cars were not returned for any mechanical reason, just that she "wasn't feeling it."

Very easy process. My offer was between a private sale and trade in. At pickup they do connect a computer looking for codes. Drove around the block and that was it.

Sold them my old SUV. Super easy. They came and picked it up and transferred the money a couple days later.

Carvana seems to have a good business model. They think of just about everything. As long as you get the price you want I’d do it.

We've bought four vehicles from them. Only returned one. The inside roof looked like a horror movie. They came back and got it, no problem, and we got another one. Such an easy, quick process. I hope to never step foot on a dealer lot again.

They seem to stand behind their return policy. As long as you get the price you want I don’t see a downside.

We bought a Buick from them, and it has 100k miles. Already put a rebuilt motor and a transmission in it. Now it needs the turbo replaced

Sold my parents car through them. Pretty easy if you are honest about the condition. But I wouldn’t expect top dollar. But that goes with any selling of a vehicle. They showed up on time with a check. It’s a good route to avoid the hassle of actually selling to some schmuck.

Sold (multiple)
Piece of cake.
Recommend.

A friend of mine's wife bought a car from them about 6 weeks ago. They raved about how easy the process was, they seem to be happy with everything and how it went.

Sold one car to Carvana because we wanted a quick turnaround to use the $ to get another car. They eyeballed the car, took it for a spin and handed us an offer that we accepted. It was very near what we wanted. Good experience.

Bought a car at a dealership today and will definitely look at Carvana next time.
Dealerships suck arse so much. It shouldn't be an entire day transaction.

I've bought 3 cars on Carvana after I couldn't find d what I wanted or the price I wanted locally. It has been a good experience each time. They are weak on trade-ins.

1 purchase, 1 sale.
Only issue was a GA law saying my wife couldn't trade in her old car if I was on the title, even though I signed the title over to her for the transaction. So I had to sell the car to Carvana on my own, and she purchased her car on her own. It couldn't be a single transaction. But this isn't a Carvana thing, it was a Georgia thing.
