I used Perkins Motor Plex out of Kentucky, which I would consider a smaller “Carvana.”
They gave me $5k more for my truck than the dealers around here were going to give me and sold me an F150 for $10k cheaper that anybody else.
That was 4 years ago. By far the easiest car-buying process I’ve ever been through.
