The impala driver is an unrelated civilian and was not running around shirtless.
How do you know this? Have they released that information?

I'm sure they asked him questions, but if he didn't shoot anyone, what would he have been detained for?
if he got in a fight and they really wanted to dig into this, maybe some sort of disturbing the peace....
but youd think hed be mentioned somewhere in the police paperwork or court filings, no?

Know the attorney who is representing this guy in a personal injury claim and is trying to get his car back. Of course, just relying upon the attorney's representation that it's a random civilian, but no reason to doubt him.

Well this is the first I am hearing about shirtless maniac. How the Advocate found these witnesses and the NOPD did not is a mystery. Unless this is a fact that the NOPD knew but did not disclose.

Please tell more when you get updates. I feel like your source probably knows a lot, as his client was present for the murder.

NOPD knows a lot more than they have released.

Exactly. You can bet your arse that if the victim were white that race card would have pulled immediately.

Pierre Thomas on his social media post said he "witnessed" Smith being killed over a fender bender. Now whether he means he was actually at the scene or just arrived minutes after it happened, he really did not specify.

I won't be talking to this attorney about the lowdown details of anything, but I do know his guy claims to have seen it.

Fuller playing this masterfully. He holds daily press conferences gets his client's story out over national media and is trying his best to set the narrative. He wants to make sure who ever is on the grand jury has herd his side of the story a lot more than the prosecutions by the time they get the case.
He is working his arse off to get a manslaughter indictment.

I'm sure they are watching "The People vs. O.J. Simpson" for pointers right now.

call me crazy, but if fuller had all the pocket aces in his deck, he'd wait to throw down in front the judge, is that fair to say?

mordock could be fed lines from fuller, he didn't see any video himself.

Unless he truly believes that NOPD will do *something* to the evidence so he wants the public to believe/hear about statements or evidence (videos, etc.) before NOPD makes them disappear.
Doubt even NOPD would be dumb enough to try to pull something on such a high profile case, but maybe Fuller believes they could.
I agree that under typical circumstances, it would make more sense for Fuller to keep his cards close to his chest at this point.

Makes sense, he didnt look like he would be hanging with smith and i doubt he was the one without a shirt as he was like a 5'3 130lber. Unlikely he would get in the middle of a bunch of 6'+ dudes.

as i stated before, it made no sense for impala people to be quickly enraged exiting a vehicle, would have had to come from will's vehicle cause they knew they were being chased.
So we have an unknown female, possible Shirtless guy, and Impala could not have had PT, What the shite is going on here.
