i find much of this article to be very poorly done. trying to throw new light out there but very poorly done. I mean how can you slam open palms down then put the gun on the windshield. i mean can you word it better? Who's car? Like what the frick are you even talking about. Why would put gun down if there's an unknown shirtless aggressor on the loose?

Agreed. And where the hell was this agitated shirtless wonder heading? One witness said he was trying to leave the scene. Why? And how the hell are we just hearing about this guy?

We have reason to believe it was someone other than Smith who removed his shirt. He was part of Smiths’ group,” said Jay Daniels, another attorney for Hayes. “He and Smith approached our client’s vehicle, and we believe Cardell wasn’t the aggressor.”

So someone else was with smith?

Not associated. They've hired a personal injury lawyer.

We dont know that for certain. It appears that way, as the witnesses say the shirtless braniac approached Hayes acting ridiculous. However, there is no confirmation that he was in fact with Smith

Geez. So where the hell did this shirtless guy come from? And with what the witnesses said, it seems like the cops would have brought him in for questioning at least.

This, and I hear they're very agitated at the inability to get their sole method of transportation released.

This whole thing is a mess. No matter the result, it appears if just one person would have had a cool head from the start, there would not be 3 children without a father. That is the tragedy in the whole thing

smith was reaching over seat for gun, how did witness see him with gun before shot? why would smith had put gun away had he brandished prior? Why was there then a need for racquel to retrieve gun? And the witnessed fuller yapped about he said didn't witness shooting and was there seconds to minutes after shooting.

I have no idea. At this point, I am just ready to see and hear the actual evidence from the witnesses only
