He's not a bad guy, he loves the media stuff, but he's definitely tweeting based on hearsay and not as much firsthand knowledge. I've heard almost all these things he's tweeted as well, but like most others, "I heard that someone heard there is a video." I do believe there's a video but question what it would show as far as walking him. When someone started recording a cell phone video could make it valuable or useless.
Fuller may be using him to drop small things here and there as well.

Pierre Thomas on his social media post said he "witnessed" Smith being killed over a fender bender. Now whether he means he was actually at the scene or just arrived minutes after it happened, he really did not specify.
Yea, I read that too.
We'd know if it was him by this point imo, and ESPN reported he arrived after the shooting

I feel like we won't have even half of the facts, evidence until after the prelim hearing.
Upon first hearing about it, this sounded like a cold blooded thug gunned someone down for seemingly no reason, or because he was keeping it real after being disrespected.
Then it looked like maybe the guy was looking to retaliate for what went down with his dad and the NOPD.
Then it sounded like an argument COULD be made for self defense depending on what facts came out.
Now I don't know what the frick happened with this shirtless dude.
Did Hayes fear for his life, but then cap the wrong people??? The frick is going on here???

I think that Hayes thinks he's justified at this point and it wasn't cold blooded
That doesn't mean it is true, but I think he heard the word gun and thought that gave him the go ahead

I think that's a possible scenario. He could be guilty as sin, but mistakenly believe he's not.

What if the shirtless guy was some random individual from the St. Thomas out looking for some fun?

shirtless maniac posing physical threat
will smith inbetween wife and shooter
hayes supposedly says "frick ya'll i got one too"
So the first person to shoot is wife, then you put 8 in the back of will. Sounds like will went for gun when hayes made threat or when his wife was shot.
but this just sounds plausible to me. where was shirtless maniac guy. Wife said she thought was diffused? she said hayes followed them, did he not want to calm down, did him following make will seem like a threat was posed? Was PT the one who helped remove shirtless guy from situation?

agree that under typical circumstances, it would make more sense for Fuller to keep his cards close to his chest at this point.
Not necessarily. Hayes has already basically been painted as a thug POS who gunned down Smith in cold blood. The court of public opinion has already convicted him of this crime. Just go back and read other threads on this subject on TD.com. I think it's a smart move by the attorney to start trying to punch holes in people's opinions on this case.

i disagree with this presumption.

You were one of the loudest voices the first few days after this incident happened. What made you change your mind?

Fuller is working hard to change this perception and hoping to get an indictment lesser than 2nd degree.

Oh I agree that it's a wise move to try to get out in front of the story and beat back some of the negative press, but it seems like Fuller is divulging a lot of info that will only hurt him if he can't prove it. Just appears like some of his moves have needlessly exposed him and Hayes.
He picked up PR wins with the second gun, the initial hit and run, and the fact that Smith had been drinking that night. The 911 thing and asking for NOPD to be taken off the case are two knocks against him so far IMO.

i've never said i've changed my mind. but i think the media has been very fair on reporting and if anything there's been a loud social outcry just as much for hayes possible innocence as his presumed guilt.

can any big shot attorney enlighten to their thoughts on fuller trying to "preserve evidence from those certain places" Is that hiding something about Hayes?

I honestly think Fuller is smarter than that. If the state wants a second degree, that's what it's getting. What he's doing right now isn't going to change the fact that the DA can have the lead detective say "we arrived and found a male with 8 gunshot wounds. Witnesses confirmed Hayes was the shooter and he had a gun" and that's it.
If he wants a manslaughter, he should be meeting with Leon right now and wanting the chance to sway him once the reports start rolling in. He'll let an attorney stand in front of the charge conference and make a case if asked.

Why would he want to preserve something that hurts Hayes?
Posted on 4/15/16 at 3:58 pm to JohnnyKilroy
its why i'm asking, i don't know what it means man. preserve could mean make a temporary secret huh?
Posted on 4/15/16 at 3:59 pm to Chad504boy
He's just getting them to store copies before the system overwrites whatever footage is there. He's making it public because he wants to say all or part of that Smith crew was running around at strip clubs.

So Pierre Thomas likely, maybe shirtless ghost.
