Car Buying fricking Of The Day - Stupid People Shouldn't Be Able To Enter Into Contracts

An employee pulls up this morning in a new car and he is happy as shite that he got a new car. I thought to myself that "AJ finally went and got his drivers license" so I wait a few hours and ask him and he tells me that no he didn't he needed to get it done one day this week. So I asked him how did he get insurance on that new car without a drivers license, he said he didn't have any insurance yet that he needed to do that this week too.
shite isn't adding up
We start talking about his payment and he is clueless to how many years he has financed it and what his payment actually is. I told him to go get his paperwork and let me look at it.
Purchase price of vehicle - 25k
Interest rate 25.63%
Payment amount per mo ~695
Number of payments 75
Paying back 56k because they had him borrow 4k from some shady loan place to use as a down payment.
He didn't even know what an interest rate was

Your employee has shitty credit and has to go to a buy here pay here or get a yes type place. He earned that paper right there.
Or.. has zero credit, either way he bought at a place that specializes in those type deals.
Normal people don't usually buy from get a yes type places unless they already have secured financing from CU or their bank
